Moichoi is the long term preserved mustard processed by using salt which is perfectly natural and safely to be consumed by all range of ages and all kind of people. While the moichoi itself is planted by the Indonesian local farmer with target consumer most of east asian ethnic to the local people.
But one thing we have to admit is that all the seeds were imported from overseas, because as we know our technology in producing the good seed of the best mustard is still left behind compared to that of east asian country, but we are working on it in our lab in-charged by our founding father who pays attention very much not only to the quality but also to the knowledge of Industrial agriculture product.

We provide several packaging ways in order to ensure the hygiene of the Moichoi itself with of course the best plastic bag to protect it from the contamination of bacteria.

We highly suggest consumer to store the product in the refrigerator once the seal has been unsealed, if it has not been unsealed, you may put on any circumstances as below:
- Temperature of -15 to 50 Celcius
- Dry space
- Separated from other smelly foods or product
- Put on the shelf than on the floor
Because Moichoi is processed using salt, so no doubt it tastes salty
