Dongcai is the long term preserved Chinese cabbage processed by using salt and garlic which is perfectly natural and safely to be consumed by all range of ages and all kind of people.
Dongcai has been known widely and well accepted even in the whole ethnic society of Indonesia, as we proudly present our best Dongcai ever made by using local planted Chinese cabbage aiming at promoting local agricultural product not only to the local community but also to the international community who loves to add Dongcai as the flavor in their daily food such as porridge.

We provide several packaging ways in order to ensure the hygiene of the Dongcai itself with of course the best plastic bag to protect it from the contamination of bacteria.
- 250gram plastic bag @10x15cm with thickness of 0.4mm
We highly suggest consumer to store the product in the refrigerator once the seal has been unsealed, if it has not been unsealed, you may put on any circumstances as below:
- Temperature of -15 to 50 Celcius
- Dry space
- Separated from other smelly foods or product
- Put on the shelf than on the floor
Because Dongcai is processed using salt, so no doubt it tastes salty
