Hamchoi is the short term preserved mustard processed by using salt and ginger which is perfectly natural and safely to be consumed by all range of ages and all kind of people. While the moichoi itself is planted by the Indonesian local farmer with target consumer most of east asian ethnic to the local people.

We highly suggest consumer to store the product in the refrigerator once the seal has been unsealed, if it has not been unsealed, you may put on any circumstances as below:
- Temperature of -15 to 50 Celcius
- Dry space
- Separated from other smelly foods or product
- Put on the shelf than on the floor
